This place is not hygienic, it is a restaurant and it should be cleaner. You look at the chandeliers and they look full of dust that almost fall in your food. The ceiling looks black black with dust. I can't imagine how dirty it will be.

I did not find this IHop dirty as Jharemi has stated. We had good service and good food while we visited there.
