Won't answer phone for curbside and when they answer they hang up. Took more than 10min calling to get my pizza. Next time don't tip until you get your pizza

Do not waste your time and money at this location. Waited over an hour for my order and when i called to check on it they told me it had already left the store and was being delivered. I waited an additional 30 minutes and nothing ever got delivered. Than I got a text from doordash that they were delivering my order but I never ordered through door dash! I placed my order online. Never said anything about door dash. I got 2 different text from door dash saying my order was picked up by 2 different drivers. Makes no sense. Canceled that order and I do not recommend this location or any pizza hut locations on this side of town. So far the pizza hut on I10 and Heights has been the one to get it right. It is out of the way for me but I would still get my order way sooner if I picked it up compared to the wait times from pizza hut on little York. I ordered from little York because it was late and it's closer to my house. But learned my lesson. Will NOT be ordering from this location ever again.

I wish I can give 0 Stars!! I placed my order at 9:06 PM and tell me why I AM JUST GETTING MY PIZZA! I called none stop around 10:00 PM and NO ANSWER. And guess what, PIZZA IS COLD! I have all my screenshots. I want a REFUND!
