Ordered with Uber, can’t say I had high expectations but i at the very least expected to get pancakes. I received everything but the pancakes. Maybe you guys do need to change your name, since you can’t seem to deliver on the one thing your name promises, pancakes! Thanks for the syrups though…

Always friendly, clean and prices very reasonable. Meals are always so fresh and tasteful. The General Manager goes around to make sure that the customer's are satisfied. He also keeps a smile on his face through his mask. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Masks are worn. Surfaces are cleaned after each use. Social distancing recognized.
I did not find this IHop dirty as Jharemi has stated. We had good service and good food while we visited there.
The manager is very racist with Hispanics and she is screaming her character all the time. It is not good to attend to clients. She treats Hispanic workers very badly. If you are a maguer, you have to say good morning and good afternoon but she with her character horrible that you have is no use to be a manager
I usually get there at anytime , between those hours and its always open . My fav.
If the cervio does not serve, apart from the wait you have to wait for your turn to be given your table, you still have to wait more time for them to attend you and they do not clean the tables
