Is it mostly a family crowd or do you get more adults I e a more loungy or schmoozy type of atmisphere?

It is combination of both. Just enough adult but family and kid friendly.

I've seen families there, but it definitely has more of an adult atmosphere.

There are 2 areas. One is more of a bar/lounge with television. The other area is suitable for families.

We went for Sunday brunch and there were a lot of families dining at that time.

I found it varies and can depend on the time of day you stop in. I see business/get together lunches during the day, neighborhood people at night or just coming in to watch sports at the bar, grab a quick bite. Also there patio is drawing interest with the weather changes. Yes there is the train tracks but I never let it bother us from a good place close to home.
