No, only one person should slide down a slide at a time. There have been national warnings that we stay on top of that parents especially should not slide down with children. What could happen is their weight may pose a serious risk when landing at the bottom. Better safe than sorry!

We have a pretty flexible weather policy. Houston's weather changes so much that it will rain for 1 hour in one part of the city and then be sunny the rest of the day. Our weather policy is basically you have until the time the drivers arrive at your house to cancel, and not lose your deposit. If they get there and it's raining, or you feel it may rain you can just tell them you want to cancel and reschedule. We will issue you store credit for the amount paid which you can use towards a new reservation. You can also choose to reschedule your reservation prior anytime. If it rains after we leave and have setup, you will be responsible for full payment. Note that if it rains partially during your party, you can always continue use after it rains. We just recommend drying it off with a towel if it's not a water slide and to keep the blower from getting wet as much as possible. Hope this helps!

No, ice is not included with the rental. We do recommend you buying 3 to 4 bags of ice per 50 serving of sno-cones.

Yes, on view cart/edit cart you can choose to pick up the tables/chairs and incur no delivery fee or minimum order amount.

The base price for most of our party rentals is for up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option. Let us know if you need anything else Tiffany!

If you need a last minute bounce house, we have drivers standing by to deliver your order at anytime. Just book on our website 24hrs a day. However, we usually recommend orders be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event in order to guarantee availability of your desired item. We have limited inventory on certain party themes, and for huge birthday parties some popular items like Frozen, Hello Kitty, Ninja Turtles inflatables, etc. get booked out several months in advance. Bottom line: if you really want a specific item, reserve it as early as possible!

Generators are not included. Most inflatables need 1 to 2 outlets on separate breakers. We bring extension cords up to 75ft if you have outlets available. Also if you are needing a generator maybe for a park event we need to send the park a certificate of insurance, which we are happy to do so.

Yes we do rent chairs and tables for the same day. Our minimum order to deliver is $125 for most zip codes. You may also pick up from one of our locations. In Houston, our address is 3517 Pinemont dr Houston, TX 77018 in the Oak Forest area.

Yes we rent our Velcro walls and suits. One thing to keep in mind is the suits and Velcro only hold up to 175 pounds so it is ideal for kids and teenagers.

Yes we deliver and setup to inflatable bounce houses to Bear Creek Park often. We charge $25 for an insurance certificate that you can send to the park when reserving your park party. Please place your order first before requesting the certificate from us.

We require a 50% down payment to place your order and the rest is due on the day of your party. For tax exempt organizations like schools we accept purchase orders, though you would need to make your order by phone.

We have moonwalks for teens and adults. Take a look at our combo slide moonwalks. We have an inflatable twister matt as well as dunk tanks and lazer tag and VR rentals.

Each of our attractions include safety rules on them, as well as specific rules on the product pages of our website. However, here are some general guidelines when renting an inflatable. 1. Always group kids by size when playing inside an inflatable. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent them from being injured. 2. No flips or rough horseplay. 3. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you see the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, this is a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.

We recommend at least an 8ft x 8 ft. area for the Oculus Rift and a 12ft x 12ft area for the HTC Vive. Both virtual reality experiences allow players to interact with the space around them. We set virtual walls around the players so they can make sure not to go past their playable area. In addition, we also leave an attendant to help participants navigate their in game features and environment. Lots of fun for all ages Solida!

After you place an order on the phone or on our website, we will ask for your preferred drop-off window and pick-up times. If we don't get these times in advance, we will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific time window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours of your requested end time. If you need us their at a precise time, like is the usual case for schools we can pick up exactly when the party ends. Just let us know in advance.

You need a standard outdoor water spigot connected to a water hose long enough to reach the location where your water slide will be setup. If you are renting multiple water slides, you may need to purchase a water hose splitter. Water is not included with any rentals, so always make sure a source is nearby before booking.
