It's been over 5 weeks since I had them come out and no response. I have called them constantly after the first week of waiting to hear back from them. They have never returned my calls for even given an update or said that they don't want the work. I guess a simple repair is beneath them. Don't waist your time.

We had a Ram Restoration mold specialist out to our home to assess our basement. The visit was unsettling. I found the specialist to be abrupt and condescending. Although I contacted the company following their visit on October 11th, I never received their estimate.
