A friend of mine couldn't get a photo developed properly at one of the drugstores. I don't know which one. I'm just trying to help her find a place to get a particular photo developed properly. Should I encourage her to contact you?

The Camera Mall has a number of services including restoration and scanning of a variety of different types of negatives slides and photos. I would definitely recommend suggesting camera mall to your friend if they have yet to try there. Very helpful and they have a lot more resources than most any drug store would even dare to have available related to photography.
