Couldn’t place an online order, called to order online and was told to call later because “system was down.” When I called back I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes just for them to hang up on me. I like jets pizza but they really need to reevaluate who they hire.

Hands down the worlds best pizza. No Joke. I have lived and sampled pizza everywhere, been in Chicago for 6 years and I am a big pizza fan. Growing in Belleville I am particular to the Detroit deep dish and I tell you nobody does it better than Jets. How anyone can give this less than 5 stars I have no clue. the cheese is outstanding, the pepperoni is supherb in seasoning and perfectly thin and crispy on the outer edges of concave disc.

You get a lot of bang for your buck here, the pizza is delicious and the customer service is fantastic even with their current staffing shortage. I think they are doing a great job, and this is the best Detroit style pizza I've ever had!
