Not Telling

Bought a screen protector for my flip phone here. Paid $40 then found out it's only for the tiny outside screen. Would have been nice to know before I bought it. Went back to return it and was told I'd gave to wait half an hour for a 2 minute transaction. Said heck with it and went home. Lesson learned: don't buy anything here but phones.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at this store earlier this week, and left a google review detailing my experience. The district manager contacted me almost immediately after reading my review, and heard me out. He let me know that he spoke with the representative who I had worked with and she owned her actions and was apologetic. He also assured me that my experience was in no way typical of this business and the representative I worked with. I upgraded my review from two stars to five for responsiveness. Thank you, Josh!
