I wish I would have seen the reviews before taking my dad here. The WORST customer service by both the front desk, some nurses, and Dr. Johnson. Very unprofessional for someone in her field and the front desk lady, I don’t understand why they haven’t fired her yet. She’s rude, no manners what so ever, you can tell she hates her job. We went in, my dad needed a catheter. I stood outside and let the nurses do their thing ….. I could hear my dad screaming which was unsettling, I know the first time will be a bit painful but this was hard to hear. After getting home we noticed blood in his Urine which was normal but he kept complaining about the pain. This was done on a Friday morning. We came back that same day because we noticed more blood that looked a bit darker. Nurse said it’s normal and turned us away. Saturday night my dad kept insisting he had a lot of pain and blood was extremely dark, we made the decision to take him to the ER where they told us that it was NOT normal and that whoever inserted the catheter had caused trauma. My dad was in the hospital for 5 days,!!!! We went back with Dr. Johnson and I told her what the dr said and she said that’s not true the nurses here are trained and do it all the time that’s not true. I was taken back that even after showing her the pictures she just dismissed it as if her staff had done nothing wrong. If anyone can avoid this place please do!!!!
