Yes. 1/4 mile, but it's an extremely steep road.

Yes you can walk on the paved road in both the cemetery and the fort. The walk is about 3 miles one way, to the parking lot then cemetery is about a mile and then to the cemetery to the fort is about 2 2 1/2 miles, then from the fort back to the parking lot is another 2.
