It's perfect for tent camping... The spots literally could not be any better!
Don't pitch in the middle sites, they are awful, no privacy, right on the road, or next to huge RVs. Like being in a fishbowl. Only pitch by water or on the sides.

Yes, I would recommend you get a site in the tent area on either end of the park. The sites in the middle have no trees. You main find toolkit yourself next to a large camper which may bother you. But over all its the location of the park that makes it a good deal.
Yes. Especially on the water wide. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Check the weather. If it's raining it will be windy
