I stayed there last Christmas, it was pretty new and very nice.
I believe it opened in June or July of 2016.
Open since about september 2016, so, it's Really New.
It looks like it was built in the past few years.
Not sure when, but a very good place to stay. Clean rooms, and staff was awesome
