Everything was good except. We rented the room there because it had a outside pool but when we got there the pool was out of order. It was greener than grass. They said that hopefully it would be in working order by Friday. We arrived on Wed with anticipation of relaxing by the pool in this 100 degree heat. Paying almost $700 for 4 nights you'd think the pool would be usable that really disappointed me

Myself and one of my children had significant allergies to countless things. My child is a complex medical child. We stopped here overnight while on a pretty long trip. I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels. Allergens can put us in the ER real quick! This hotel is clean, void of overbearing or weird smells, the staff was patient and absolutely amazing. They let me see the room first, were beyond helpful, and very patient. I appreciated their kindness. This is a great place to stay and I definitely would recommend!

I checked in Sunday and checked out Friday. There was no hot water when I checked in, but was assured it would be working by COB Monday. It was Friday morning before it was fixed. I also had to get new key cards for my room nearly everyday I was there. The internet worked fine, but would, at random, kick my devices from the internet, prompting me to pause work to log back in.

Checked in April 15th in the afternoon and loved the room. Front desk clerk was pleasant and this would have been a 5 star stay. Get up the next morning and as we start to get ready for the day we notice there is no hot water. Go up to the front clerk and get told the hot water had been out and asked if they told us when we checked in. (They did not and there was a group of people angry about the situation in the lobby). Maybe $20 is what they said they could knock off. Had we known this prior or even at check in we would have made different arrangements. Completely unprofessional. A key to good customer service is communication.
