I enjoyed our stay. I'm also glad breakfast was more elaborate from the covid pandemic. It wasn't just a package but eggs, biscuits, and everything else like normal. Thank you La Quinta Inn and Suites of Cullman.

The facility and commodities were actually better than I expected but the service still has a lot to improve just to acceptable. First day I grabbed an ice cream from the convenience room they have and the lady at the front desk had the audacity to ask me if I was aloud to charge that to my room since I was using a corporate account... but that was not the only issue, I spent to weeks in there and I had to get new keys every other day because "the system" will lock me out....wait, there's ine more, since I was staying for two weeks, I had to down to the front desk to ask for coffee and soap and the guy at front desk told me more than once that he didn't have no coffee for me to take to the room but I could come down to the lobby and get it from there every time I wanted..... put in simple words, awful service!

Staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very good as far as free hotel breakfasts go. They offered sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and grits in addition to the standard juice, pastries, waffles and yogurt. My kids opted for the free breakfast instead of going out each day. They also provide different options each day. My bio family lives in cullman and I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and a nice stay but the employees ruin it for us. Two times in two days I’ve encountered 2 different employees being completely sarcastic, rude and arguing with customers over nothing. No patience and “it is what it is!” Heather (front desk who won’t give a last name after being rude as hell) is worthless and needs a better attitude when front facing customers.
