Generally cleaner than most public restrooms
I certainly have seen a lot worse at truck stops they're pretty clean
They were pretty clean when I was their at the time.
They are usually fairly clean. I am not sure how frequently they do clean them, it is a truck stop on I-85 so they are used frequently
They were clean each time I've been there.

Nasty and stink. Most stalls are out of toilet paper always.
