This place lied and said they delivered my packages on Wednesday at 2pm ... I was there all day and received two out of 3 of them ...and had to pay $7.00 more dollars to have it resent on Monday to a place where I could pick them up ....big companies always trying to rob the little guys thanks ups....

I dropped off a package at the Franklin Street, Hartwell, GA drop box with two other packages. One was supposed to be placed in a Locker at a Quik Trip gas station more than 45 minutes from me. How do i retrieve my package so that I can return it correctly? I have tried calling the 1-888 and Carnesville number but without a tracking number they won't talk to me. Suggestions? The other two packages have already been returned to Amazon but this one is seemingly lost now due to my error.

Only open for shipping and pick-up between 4 - and 6 pm. Some one is there all day they should be available to receive and ship all day. still the same, for 2022.

There's not a public number that they give out for customer service. You can call 1-800-PICK-UPS with any general questions. For something more specific, you could probably ask for the center to call you back, but, from experience, it can take a good while for that message to be relayed to the local center from the national 800 number.

I'm not sure if you meant to ask this for the US Postal Service (USPS) or not since you said "postage", but UPS policy is generally to return it to you (assuming that you put a return address on the package) if it is from a local address.
