If it is a severe storm they stop the movie and give out rain checks.
Light rain showers, YES, they do. But anything more than a light sprinkle then no. Mainly bc if you need to operate your windshield wipers that makes it harder to see the movie clearly and also bc of length of the movies, keeping radio on & tuned into the channel for the movie and wipers running there would be A LOT of vehicles with dead batteries.

My experience is that movies will play through the rain. A voucher is given if movie is stopped due to severe weather.
