Agreed... I would take some hiking poles with you. The maze is a lot of fun, worth the effort. The ground will be uneven, but walking and activity is good. Some motrin or advil may help prior. Some heat on the knees prior and ice after may also help. I work as an NP. But would say about a mile of uneven terrain is about what you can expect. I have also done this maze with my scouts.
Good one, probably about a mile of you answer the questions right, and count getting to and from the maze. There are no smooth paths anywhere though, you are going to be walking through a cornfield
