They do make pants made out of real life fire hose. My husband has had a fire on a burn pile come close to his feet & legs shoes got steamy but no issues with the fire hose pants. But can't 100% say fire retardant but on that occasion worked out positively for my hubby who thought a bigger fire was better!!!
Yes, they do.
I'm not aware of Duluth Trading advertising any clothing as "fire retardant", a/k/a fire resistant. I believe that heavier (denim weight) natural fabrics such as cotton and wool are regarded as fire resistant. Synthetics have to be treated in some manner to achieve resistant status. Carhartt does carry some clothing that is advertised as flame resistant.
Used to but they no longer carry them.
