Did a search for you for used sheet music and in the SacTown area are Kline's Music on Suttervile Road and Skip's Music on Auburn Blvd with excellent Yelp reviews. Happy Hunting!
I've seen music books there, but not loose sheet music. Almost everything in the store is used.
