What is the youngest you would hire someone

I think even at 16 they have to have a work permit... Check with the city and their requirements, restrictions, business permits, etc Just to be safe for all around 🤔... I just Googled Michigan's requirements... I copied/paste-Please check-out for yourself. ★★★Under 16 years, 10/48 (if in school, no more than a combined school and work week of 48 hours) and no more than a weekly average of 8 hours a day. 16 to 18 years, 10/48 (if in school, 24 hours in one week) and no more than a weekly average of 8 hours a day.
