The Firekeepers Casino is on Indian land and do not have to abide by the governors orders something we did not know. They only closed last time due to threats. There are 3 Casinos in Michigan that are on Indian land and they have agreements that they will all close if they decide to or all stay open. The plan as of this morning was they were staying open. Couldn't get a drink from self serve stations. Only a couple hands sanitizer stations. Couldn't play any games I liked because of social distancing, but other spots they had all machines on that bank open. Honestly I've never liked that casino. Best thing about it is the buffet which isn't open yet.

No, drinks aren't free on the floor. Beer is $4-5 for a pint and mixed drinks are usually a couple dollars more than that. If you gamble enough and are one of the higher level rewards card holders, then you can get discounted (or free) drinks in a lounge, which is only for higher ranked players.
