Have them follow the signs for "Arrivals". The baggage area is right there at the exit.
Go in CAE main entrance. Wait there for your people. At CAE all in bound passenger come to the same area. It is right beside the TSA people
Go directly to the cell phone lot and wait for them to call or text you when they land, then follow the signs to the arrivals area after they pick up their bags if they have any
