You can, but you have to request it. Not many well done is going around. I would suggest getting medium well. They give you such slim pieces you don't notice the red liquid. It is hard for me eat stuff that isn't well done even though i know it isn't blood. But the food here is do good I'll eat medium and medium well with no problem.
