During peak hours yes it IS crowded
It is very popular and generally crowded. However, I've never had to wait long to be seated, and since it is a buffet, you can get your food quickly. The buffet is kept well stocked.
The last time I was there, it filled with diners, but that didn't diminish the food or service.
It is an amazing place to eat, but it is better to go either very early or very late!!
During peak time definitely crowded.
Concur with the idea of making a reservation, but if you are going at a non-peak time, you probably won't need it.
I have been there several times and each time I had reservations, thank goodness!
