It is not cheap $49 for dinner 25 for salad bar when I visit that place once is good experience
Yes you can order different than the full menu, I do not know how much it is.

Yes you can order either one by itself. Salad bar also includes alot of other items including a soup. If your lucky they will be serving Lobster Bisque
You can just order the salad bar itself. I'm not sure about just the food, dont see why not though. The full menu is $45 per person and the salad bar itself was I believe $28.
