Yes, and the facilities are outstanding. May be the best fall, and winter camping in Oregon. Yes Tent camping works. They also have loaner mountain bikes when I was there last.

YES, but it does get very windy so be prepared.

Very windy my husband and I have lost 2 tent due to high wind. Ripped right from the stakes.

Yes, there is a primitive campground here for $10/night. They have vaulted toilets and then near the day use area they have heated restrooms with flushing toilets and showers free to people staying over night and $2 for day use showers. Most clean.
