Better than Modesto! Love, love, love the Shrimp Basket. Freshest salads, and cole slaw too. Love the shrimp, would love to see it on the menu permanently. Thanks Black Bear, never visited a bad one yet. Love the great hash browns too. Different than the usual hash browns. Cream pies are wonderful. Love you Black Bear Diner. Always give you a ton of food!

Most local restaurants close early if it gets slow, as in no one walking in for dinner. It just makes sense business wise.
Close at 10 to slow after 10
slow night? technical difficulty? short staffed? they close at 10pm. how early did they close?
