Thank you for your question, Rose. We press cider 1-2 times a week. Depending on demand, we press on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday usually. Yes! We have made platform to encourage visitors to watch us make cider. On the days we don't press cider we have taken a video and have a large screen TV in our cider press room that you can watch all the steps of us making cider. We also have made a platform so you can watch how we grade apples. You are welcome to ask our employees we are happy to also explain what we are doing. We also have cut out windows to where we make donuts to you can get a glimpse of the donut kitchen and watch us cut, peel and core apples as we make our pies.
