Not only do you have to pay $190.00 for the roughly 45 minutes of work but you also have to pay $95.95 for the truck to bring him and his tools to the job so the base price without the cost of parts is $285.95 just to show up. I had no problem with the plumber rate but to pay a truck rate too? They should inform you when you make the appointment that the minimum repair would cost $285.95 parts not include. My problem is with what the company charges and the fact that they do not tell you that you have to pay a truck charge on top of the plumber charge when you make the appointment, no problems with the plumbers that showed up, they did a great job.

The plumbing crew was great. They came in got us a fair quote, and did a quick job of fixing the pipe in our shower/tub. They installed a tub for us and everything was great. They even wiped down the floor when they left. There were some things we were unhappy with, but the good news is that PAE reached out to get it resolved. With the updates to the work we can say we are very pleased and happy with the outcome of our tub/shower. It was nice that they were not willing to let bad work slide and they came out and fixed the issues we had with it. They were easy to work with and respectful of the time we had during the day and worked around us and our schedule.

Unfortunately I noticed a leak around the base of the toilet which was installed. I called ASAP, they were out today [scheduled]; it was not the toilet itself. The installation was faulty and was repaired on the spot. Both employees of this company were very professional and did what had to be done. Again I would recommend/use PAE again

I have used PAE several times and have worked with a few different employees and every, single one of them has been awesome to work with! Courteous, helpful, and did a great job too. I couldn't recommend them higher! Great company to have locally to work with!
