I see there is a sign outside that states shoppers must wear some form of face mask. Why is this not enforced? I see MANY people without protective masks and it makes me feel very nervous about shopping at Walmart. Makes Hannaford happy tho!

It is not mandatory by state law

I completely agree I don't like wearing the mask either but just for my own safety and health and that of my family I will do it it's appalling that people don't take this more seriously it makes me nervous as well every time I go into a store this signs are there and it's mandatory by state law to wear one but unfortunately because of personal rights the stores cannot enforce them as much as they like to so I'm sorry to say it's their freedom to do so but I look at it this way I'm protecting me and mine they're not protecting theirs and
