Room was clean with a LG window to see the beautiful Maine views a LG flat screen tv and easy access to all the electrical outlets to plug in things such as phone chargers. Big clean shower, with great water pressure and plenty hot water. Everything felt clean and fresh. Customer service was TOP NOTCH, the three receptionist we delt with during our stay were friendly, helpful and speedy. Free Breakfast with a great verity of options. Clean pool/fitness areas. Traffic light out front made it easy to turn on and off of Rt26 and easy to walk to the casino directly across the street. Priced perfectly not over or under priced and plenty of parking.

We checked in and they didn't tell us about how are room's were right under the breakfast hall. We were woken up this morning at 5:30 a.m or so, 4 hour's before we were ready to get up because of how noisy it was. We wouldn't have wasted are money if we were aware of this inconvenience. I am very unhappy with are stay, do better.

Our room had no bathtub just a shower idk if you have to request a bathtub but that should be put on the website if you do and the pool was closed which I didn’t know until I got there because the website still advertises that it’s open so very disappointed about that. Pools the only reason I booked at this hotel. Beds are comfy and shower pressure was good the rooms could use a microwave and some silverware But definitely not worth 115$ an night especially if there’s no pool
