It happened to me I was told to be there at7:00am I got there at exactly 7:00 know one there until 7;30 I told them that is now way to run a business,I told them that I will not pay for it,because they water late,I talked to the store manager explained what happened,I had to pay but only half ,I don't go there for oil changes anymore
