Wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Good location for commuting. The beds are firm for my liking but the hot tub helps with the aches. I also had a neighbor who was snoring so loud I could hear 🤦‍♀️

The hotel is so clean! Also has disinfectant stations! Super awesome .. Also Claire was the one who checked us in and she is super amazing!! Couldn’t ask for a better more helpful person at the front desk!!

Positive: Location, pool, breakfast Negative: Room was not cleaned properly. Food leftovers were still in the fridge and it was brought to management attention but no real apology was extended. Hotel was very noisy.

Book a room for a special get away and get exactly what you pay for? Not this hotel. Staff was the biggest issue. They gave us the wrong room because “third party booking didn’t check with the hotel for rooms”. Told us that this is what we can give you meanwhile it was less of a room compared to what we booked for a special weekend away.Double charged us even when booking gave us a receipt. Never tried to fix it. After 3 times talking to someone they just gave us the GM’s card and said take it up with her. Horrible hospitality at this location. By far the worst hotel, hospitality and customer service wise, that I’ve ever stayed at. Also, don’t attempt to do a third party booking here, they will not help you with issues and will get upset you didn’t book directly through the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.
