Positive: Large and clean room. Easy highway access. Negative: There were only three bath towels and one bath mat in our whirlpool suite. In our two day stay, we had to reuse towels over and over again and share the bath mat between the two locations. Lack of hot water. Lack of healthy and hot breakfast items.

Positive: Price was good Negative: Was expecting free breakfast buffet as stated on their website but they only had bag breakfast. Also had several issues with Wi-Fi not working had to go to the front desk twice to figure out their issues made it very hard to do my work without Wi-Fi.

Best hotel we have stayed. Clean room, refreshed awesome looking lobby and interiors. Told desk agent to give us ground floor and was changed. Nice healthy breakfast bags to eat. Had good time in hot tub. Pay more and avoid junk hotel across street. Will always come again whenever back in town.

My family booked a king suite room in this hotel for the past weekend, and we discovered the couch bed was broken, and could not be moved past the halfway point of being put back in. So she called to get assistance since we needed that bed space for guests (hence booking that size of room) the staff tried helping but could not so they advised that management would try to help get it fixed once they arrive. Management then arrived and accused us of BREAKING the couch, complained that it’s “expensive and they have to buy a new one” and all over were just incredibly rude. Did not even offer another room without an upcharge. I would not recommend this hotel as the staff are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. 👍🏼
