Is there a form if transportation that goes from Madison to Milwaukee and if so, what is the information? This would be my 1st time flying into thus airport.

Badger bus lines From Nadison to Milwaukee but you have to take cab or uber from airport to Dutch Mill Rd at Stoughton Rd to catch it ..google it

Yep. Vangalder/Megabus runs services between Madison and Milwaukee. Badger buses are also an option.
