I'm flying out Tuesday this week are there delays with the TSA. Should I come extra early?

I fly out of Madison all the time and as long as you're there a half hour 15 minutes before boarding it will be perfectly fine it's only a two level airport and you just go left or right upstairs and that's all the terminals if you're going in the evening there's barely a soul in the building.
