Usually only if something is wrong with it or its bad when you get home and chexk it. I have exchanged watermelons and other bigger fruit a few times cause it was rotten or nasty after i just bought it. Milk tasted sour once like a week before it was expired and i had just opened it and they exchanged it for me.
No , not if it's a open . And most places won't take food or things that are food for animals back .
