The HYCA academy is an alternative program. Free and paid for by the government as it's staffed and maintained by the military and ex Military ect. Just contact your nearest HYCA recruiter and they'll be able to meet and tell you all that you need to know. It's an extremely easy process. And this program is amazing and growing more and more every day. As they have been up and running for 13 yrs I believe. You're sun will thrive in there if he chooses to deep down. I had alot of problems growing up and getting affiliated with this academy has saved my life and my education.
The only thing you need to pay for is the doctor's before he goes and all his hygiene and clothing. Really easy.
