Why do you have a phone if you do not answer it. I had one question, that could be answered very quickly over the phone, but now I have to take time, drive to your location and ask the question. Very poor customer service!

I do not work there, never hace. But it has become obvious to me that a lot of businesses absolutely do not practice customer service anymore. Had a nightmare at Dollar Tree just today. Customers are no longer treated with respect. Show your appreciation by not being their loyal customer anymore.
