Beware. I bought a apple laptop for my daughter, needed one for school. When we got home and opened it up, we found a charger that wasn't for that laptop. Took it back and they changed us 65.00 for a charger. We were supposed to get the right charger WITH the laptop as the ad said. Staff told me they couldn't give us a charger. We were pressed for time for school and couldn't wait for money to go back on card so we were stuck. Thanks best buy for selling us SOME of what we were supposed to get together. People,check that you have what you paid for or you may be STUCK also.

Takes too long to receive order. I placed my order in the store on Tuesday July 19th. I received an email saying my order would come Friday, on Friday the email said Saturday, on Saturday the email said Sunday so I do not know what day it is coming. The service in the store was Excellent but the shipping department needs improvement.

I would literally go anywhere else other than this Best Buy. Short version: We purchased a treadmill in April of 2022 and immediately set up a delivery date for a few weeks later. Best Buy changed it at the last minute. It was finally delivered in May of 2022 but improperly set up and not functional. They also damaged my wall. They were notified immediately. From there, we have been no showed for pick up of the broken machine and replacement with a new machine at least six times. They will send a text will a new delivery date when they are already suppose to be there, or they just flat out don’t show up with no notifications. Here it is July 1st, and we still have the broken treadmill! I currently have a claim in to the BBB. I don’t know if it will resolve anything. However, take my warning and avoid this place like the plague.

I done window shopping this best buy superstore in Burlington,the staff couldn't be more helpful,at least 3 of them asked "do I need any help" or " is everything going ok for you"?. Store lay out is nice,easy to navigate, plenty of car parking.

Call the contact cslled balance or just call TracFone and they can look up your account and tell you
I know a few years back they did have a trade program where they would take your old laptop and give you some credit for a new one but I am not sure if they continued the program. This was in the Best Buy at Brea in CA.
