Promo starts Monday and ends Sunday each week.
It is available each time you go, at least by bus it is.
It is usually monthly , it depends on your sign up date. Typically they will send you a postcard in the mail with the date.
I know for bus trips it is on your next trip. As for on your own, you would have to call the Island Club.
