Contact the store and tell them what happened. Sorry to hear about the bumble. Did you order online or by phone? With their good customer service surely they can make good on this mishap? Did you screenshot your order number and did you watch the app to see when your order was supposed to arrive? Usually within 20-30 minutes, the app helps track your online pizza order until it arrives at your door. Definitely call them.
Well, that's really bad news, but ... I've always bought my pizza and they bring it to me ... maybe it was a confusion what they had .. but you can always call again to ask for your order .. I wish a happy evening.👍👍
