UPDATE: This locations has reached out to me in order to rectify the situation. The manager was very understanding and apologetic about the experience. I will return *hopefully* for a better experience soon. I have been to this particular location on 3 different occasions in the last 2 months. Their ticketed games require service so often, they appear unusable. I typically go with other adults, so I’m not worried about the games as much. But I went with kids the last two times and I’d say save your money for another arcade. I went on weekend days and they are always understaffed, take long at the bar and you’ll spend most of your experience looking for a game attendant, manager or an associate (that is still in training) for any assistance. We bowled and the lanes needed service 6 times in our one hour lane rental. The laser tag guns don’t all work or track. At this point, EYE will reach out to corporate about my experience, but this place is only good for the bare minimal. Kids over 8-10 not recommended for your moneys worth. Also, their claw machines were dam near empty. 10/10 don’t recommend unless heavily influenced

Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable compared to other arcade places. All the games were working, and we didn't have an issue with waiting - alot to choose from. They don't accept Contactless payments yet. No EV charging. They can cater parties and they serve alcohol. Overall awesome experience and I hope to be back. I would recommend.

Had my daughters 9th birthday there this Sunday. It was fantastic. Our party leader was Neet. She was so kind, patient, and gracious. It rolled thru events pretty seamlessly and my daughter had a great day. We did the main event package and it was 💯 worth it. Only about 5 or 6 kids showed up (must pay for a minimum of 10) but I think that made for a much better party. We gave the extra cards to each of the kids, so they had more time to play and it worked out perfectly. Big thank you to Neet!

It's $8-9 per hour. Can't remember exactly. You have to use a credit card to get the ball. They will ring you up when you return the balls. You don't have to use the credit card to pay you can use another method. You will not be charged full amount if you don't use the whole hour. We only use 25 minutes and was only charged half the hour price. (Which is why I can't remember)

Hello! Our All You Can Play Activities Pass is $14.99 if purchased before noon and valid until 5PM, and $19.99 if purchased after noon and valid until closing time.
Yes!! They have $19.99 per person all you can play activity. The hourly rate is per lane for up to 5 people and it varies by day. On Saturdays it's around $37 but does not include shoe rental.
While I cannot offer you an official answer, last time I was there was Friday through midnight and there were children as young as two there.

Hi Robert! At this time we do not show pay per view events at our bar area but we always recommend reaching out to the Main Event closest to you and they will be able to let you know if a specific sport you're interested in watching will be showing there!
Anytime you film something in a business or other private property, you should contact management/owners directly for permission.
Bowling allows you to have max 5 persons for an hr for 34.95 plus shoe rental, other games are 7.95 per person for an hr. Theses rates also vary whether you are going before or after 5pm. Rates are little higher before 5pm. Exact charges may differ little bit.
Hi Steven! You don't have to call ahead of time and make a reservation in order to bowl with us on Sundays. We would recommend reaching out to our Suwanee Main Event before going so they can tell you how busy bowling is and then it would help you decide whether you'd like to make a reservation or be put on wait list if they're busy.
Didnt know they hosted lock-ins. But we bowled last nite: service was terrible/ non-existent (had to order food & drinks from the bar) & it was very expensive. That place better change management & improve training or they'll soon fail.

It depends on what you do, drink or eat and how many games you play! Basically think of the pricing as a high end Chucky Cheese with bowling, games for all ages, better food and alcohol. It can be a great place for a fun date or for a day out with the kids.
