I am like an every day Starbucks drinker it's just what I love! But this location is never friendly, they all act like they don't want to be there (I watch while I wait for my drink) while my normal location in Hamilton mill is always always friendly to everyone and the atmosphere there is awesome!!! This one needs some work and the drinks are horrible and to spend that kind of money on a coffee you think is going to be good it's not worth it here......I won't be going back unfortunately even though it's right down the road from where I live!!

The slowest Starbucks ever horrible customer service always slow takes about 5 mins to make one drink and I waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to tell me they don’t take $100 bills and that’s all I had on me even if it was store policy for customer service reasons and after I had waited that long she should’ve just gave me my order at least HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Go to any other Starbucks AND THEY DONT EVEN GAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS IT!

The worst. So much of the time this store in not open for ordering indoors. Drive thru only. Why? I have no idea. They often mess up drink orders, don't have the food items on the menu and the lines are slow. Starbucks isn't what it used to be. Go to Dunkin Donuts instead.
