Does Walmart in Porterville answer their phones for customer service because Delano never does. Good curbside service for pick-up but employees never answer the phone

In my experience Porterville answers their phone sometimes. Unfortunately like your experience I've had the same experience in the Porterville Walmart. I've called over and over with no response. What I did do was I called the pharmacy and they do answer. I was very grateful for the person that answered. She helped me with the question I had (had nothing to do with the pharmacy). The only problem is I don't think they can transfer calls. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

Since covid they really are terrible about answering the phone.
