I went in to get my phone fixed. The screen didn't work. I asked how much it was and the price was reasonable so i went back with another phone and it was great work and cheap. I was going to go get my screen fixed somewhere else since this store was closed. The guy fixed my screen and said there was something holding the touch pad. I said yes there is because a woman(that worked in this store) that i went to go see about my phone said that she had inserted a chip of some sort and it was holding it in temporarily while i go get it fixed in Tulare (same store diff. location). He said she had put MY SIM CARD to hold it in PLACE ON THE TOUCHPAD. Thats why my phone hadn't had signal. He fixed it and DIDN'T PUT MY SIM CARD ON THE TOUCHPAD. Idk if this was a one time thing or if they do this a lot just to scam, but i hope whatever it is it doesn't happen again.

Had my wife's iPhone 6s screen fixed and water damage fixed. Excellent job and extremely professional! Andrew called me and let me know exactly what was wrong and took the extra step of reassembling everything in very little time. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of phone repair!

My iPhone had a cracked screen that froze up daily. I was ready to buy a new phone when I walked in. I was greeted by Andrew sitting at his desk. While explaining all the technical issues with my phone and answering all my questions, he was deftly disassembling it. I walked out with a like new phone in 15 minutes for less than half what I thought I'd pay. He also helped 2 other customers while he was working. A great experience.

Called around and this place had the lowest price to get my iPad mini fixed. The service was great and pretty quick. Looks and feels new. If I break anything else I'll def be coming here.
