Actually I have been a customer of Porterville Cell Phone Repair. I needed a battery for my Galaxy S6 and my wife needed one for her iPhone 6+. Their price for the battery replacements was by far less expensive than anywhere else I called.
Forgot the passcode like you "found it" or like you should go online and reset it? Can't sell/buy ones that cannot be reset.
