There is a app for it
You have to have the Hilton app on your phone and request the digital key from your phone. If you've already checked in you might have to go to the front desk to get the digital key to work. There is a button to touch in the app that you click to bring up the digital key. Once you get close to your door you touch unlock and it sends a signal and unlocks the door.
